I can't wait to get my hands on it. What are you waiting for- I was searching for more WARS art to use for the big project the Zocho is working on (You'll find out soon!) and stumbled accross the origional press release for the WARS novellas, from back in February of 2009. In it I found an interesting tid bit that I had either ignored or forgotten: "Sean E Williams, who is also developing an animated series based on WARS‘ Gongen faction, will be writing the opening story arc for the comic book series. " I did a double take. Then a tripple take. Really? An animated WARS series? How awesome would that be? Hopefully the project is still in production, and hopefully we'll be hearing more about it as time goes on. Keep your fingers crossed. Also hopefully, we'll be updating this article again if we learn more. Origional Press release: http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=64470475878 UPDATE: We confirmed with Josh Radke that the Animated Series is still on the table! It won't be out soon however, as it seems to be in early development. Yes, it has arrived. The first WARS novella is in my possession, and it looks amazing. Once I finish reading it there will be a review up, untill then check it out yourself, because IndyPlanet's price on it has dropped from $20 down to $15.99.
